A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Some of my best ideas have developed while out for a run, and in 2024 that's how The Paper Way began.
My favorite creator speaks things into existence with words, and I believe all people carry this potential and power.
I imagined a stationery brand that was accessible to all sorts of people.
I imagined a style that wasn't overly cluttered.
I imagined a way to inspire the practice of writing notes by hand more often.
We have all scrambled for a last-minute card, written a note in a rush, and wished we had been more intentional.
I created The Paper Way to ensure you always have something beautiful on hand to meet life's moments with your words.

Our Process
Our Materials
All of our letterpress greeting cards and envelopes use hand-made paper that is 90% cotton and 10% recycled fibers. This paper is made without harmful chemicals or additives in a small-batch paper mill based in the USA.
Our Designs
Each of our cards are designed by Sally and drawn by hand to mirror the variation and imperfections of everyday life. The designs intentionally embody our value that "less is more" and work within a neutral color palette to reflect the natural world.
Our Inspiration
Sally is influenced by nature, words, and the rhythms of everyday life. She often draws inspiration from real people in her life, imagining what they need to hear or how they have impacted her.
